ESA Registry provides downloadable, self-advocacy ESA documentation kits. Our kits are informational templates and self-attestation tools — they are NOT medical letters from a licensed mental health professional, official government registrations, or legal certifications.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a US resident outside California, Florida, and Texas to purchase our kit. By purchasing, you confirm that the answers you provided in the assessment accurately reflect your situation.

3. No medical or legal advice

ESA Registry is not a law firm, healthcare provider, or licensed mental health practitioner. Nothing we provide is medical or legal advice. Approval by your landlord is not guaranteed. For legal questions, consult an attorney or contact HUD at 1-800-669-9777.

4. Refunds

5. Intellectual property

The kit and all its content are the property of ESA Registry. You may use it for your personal ESA documentation needs. You may not resell or redistribute the kit.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESA Registry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the kit.
